CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. We understand that unexpected situations and illness happen. However, because appointment time is specifically reserved for each guest and is difficult to refill on short notice, same-day cancellations, including those due to illness, remain subject to our cancellation policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL All salon services and retail product sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds on completed services or retail purchases. If you have a concern with your service, please contact Fleur Salon or your stylist within 48 hours of your appointment so we have the opportunity to address it. SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS We are happy to make reasonable adjustments when appropriate. Approved adjustments must be scheduled and completed within 7 days of the original appointment and with the same stylist who performed the original service. Complimentary adjustments apply only when the result differs from what was agreed upon during the original consultation, up to the stylists discretion. Please note: • Additional color bowls or product usage beyond what was originally applied may result in an added charge. • A change of mind, request for a different color or style, or change to the originally agreed-upon result is considered a new service and will be charged accordingly. • Adjustments requested after the 7-day adjustment period will be considered a new service and charged at the stylist’s current service rate. • Fleur Salon does not provide refunds in place of service adjustments.
