If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us within (timeframe within 48 hours) so we can address them accordingly. We are happy to make reasonable adjustments within one week of your original visit. Redo services must be scheduled with the same stylist who performed the original service. Please note: • There are no refunds on salon services. • Additional color bowls or product usage beyond what was originally applied may result in an added charge. • Adjustments requested after one week will be considered a new service. Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 days before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 72 hour notice to cancel your appointment. Less than a 72 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the service total of the missed appointment. Day of cancellation is 100% of appointment. We understand that life happens, but late notices affect the possibility for us to fill the spot. We kindly ask that clients who are feeling unwell reschedule as soon as possible. Same-day cancellations, including illness, are subject to our cancellation policy as the appointment time cannot be refilled on short notice.
